The store’s unique selection of home goods and gifts also adds to the overall appeal, creating a welcoming environment that encourages leisurely visits. We visited on a wet Sunday morning and were pleasantly surprised by how lovely it is inside. Set on an industrial estate, we weren’t sure what to expect—even after seeing the photos online. Many tables were marked ‘reserved’ for lunchtime, so that’s something to bear in mind. The cake and coffee were top notch—flavoursome and beautifully baked. The staff couldn’t have been nicer: attentive, friendly, and super helpful. The music level was spot on. As I get older, I often struggle to hear conversation in busy places when the music’s too loud. Not so here—it was perfectly balanced. I’ve absolutely no doubt we’ll be back. Regularly.
Recently visited this coffee house & have to say what a great experience we had. The food was delicious & the cakes were very tempting. Service with a smile. The shop was full of gorgeous pieces which put a smile on my face & a dent in my purse- I loved it all xx
A hidden gem! We had a brilliant time celebrating Mothers Day and Elaine, Zoe, Scarlett, Maddie and Maria couldn’t have looked after us better! We were given a complementary Prosecco and Maria even ordered in vegan scones specially for my Mum, which was so kind and made our experience even more special! Food was well presented and very tasty and we had the best time! Thank you!
We stumbled across this amazing little place today when on route to our holiday destination and needed to stop to feed our baby. The decor is amazing and the cakes were divine and the coffee was really good! The staff were utterly charming, couldn't have been more happy to fall across this cafe and shop. Definitely worth a visit
My wife and I had a brilliant vegetarian afternoon tea. The lady who catered for us rang pre visit to make sure we were happy with what she was preparing. The food was lovely fresh and plentiful. A brilliant experience and we will definitely return to Margot and Plum
Margo and Plum was recommended to me and I visited today with my Mother. We were welcomed warmly and throughly enjoyed our tea and cake - biggest problem was choosing which cake - all looked amazing ! Had a look at the food menu and had a wander round the shop. Will definitely be visiting again with friends.
